- Detailed Backgrounds
- Copying other artstyles or artists

Artist & Customer Rights

By purchasing a commission from me you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the conditions below, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:

I, Ian Bee (the artist):- I have the ability to cancel the order at any time for any reason.- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.- I have the ability to post the commissioned artwork online and include it in my portfolio

You, (the customer/commissioner):- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media channels.- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.

Note to client- Please include reference images of your character/s. If there is anything specific you would like me to get inspired from (e.g. stock images for poses, and character sheets) please include them as well. If you cannot provide reference for the character (meaning you only have a text description), an additional payment will be added to the final price.- Do note that I have the ability to refuse an order if I find it uncomfortable or simply beyond my abilities as an artists.- Commissions are first come first serve.- Full or Half of the payment is required after the final sketch has been shown to the client, no refunds are available after the client has paid after the approval of the final sketch. The other Half of the payment shall be sent after the final work is done.- The limit of revisions are up to 3 revisions only, any major additional revisions or changes after will require an additional charge.== - I would like to inform you that I am still a college student and have other responsibilities to take care of, it would likely take me 1-2 weeks or more to finish a commission so please be patient with me.==- I would like to apologize in advanced if my art works does not seem to have a consistent art style, I am still a learning artist that has not developed an art style yet.
